I placed my order at 12:00 noon on a Tuesday expecting that it would take a little while. I received a message that the order would get here at 1:30. It arrived at 2:00, cold, and incomplete. I sent feedback and they did take the part of my order that was missing and gave me a $10.00 credit, but in my opinion it was a poor effort. We still had to wait 2 hours for our food, and it was cold and limp, not to mention I went hungry because my food was missing. sigh
I like the concept of Grub Hub, but it I don't get any better service than this I do not plan on using it again.
I will give it one more try -- I will let you know how it goes. I am not holding my breath.
