I usually come and drop my car off and wait or I take the shuttle. On this particular visit, I made sure that I would be on the earliest shuttle to get to work on time and even arrived 15 minutes before my appointment to not put anyone in a rush however, when it came time to pick me up the shuttle dropped the ball. I explained to the driver that I would like a 12:15-12:30 appt and he said that since I was the first person on he would MAKE SURE that I was picked up at that time. Well, 12:30 rolled around and I called him to learn that he was on another run and would not be there to pick me up until 1 or 1:15. I am a doctor and I have a tight schedule so, I couldn't wait and unfortunately, I work until after your service center is closed, therefore, I had to find another way or else I had no way of getting my car. Other than that, everything was great. In Nelson's defense he is a great guy and is always on time, but this occasion really disappointed me more than anything especially since I was clear with the person scheduling the appt as well as him that very morning.
