Service Manager McElroy went above and beyond what I have experienced from most service mangers over the years. I purchased my Colorado used from Auburn Chevrolet. I purchased an extended warranty. However when Jeff told me the tie rod needed to be replaced, he also had to tell me my warranty had expired. After I expressed my distress, he told me he would talk to his manager about contacting the Chevrolet Co to see if they could help me out on this. Wow, they really helped me out!! I went from feeling like I never wanted to purchase another Chevrolet to realizing this is a company I can trust. Thank you Service Manger McElroy of Auburn Chevrolet!
