I worked with Korey at Benna on a whim. I simply walked in and started looking for a new Ford Edge. Korey helped me out. He has a laid-back, no-pressure approach. When I told him I wanted to go home and think about buying the car, he didn't hassle me or throw the line "what can I do to get you to leave with this car today?" at me. The no-pressure approach was really appreciated, because I had been to two other dealers in the past week who DID throw that line at me when I tried to walk out the door.
I ran numbers for my budget and gave Korey the bottom line...if he could get me into the car within my ideal payment, we could have a deal. After very little haggling...very little even on my part...Korey had me in the price range I wanted to be, and I closed the deal. I got into my dream car for the price I wanted, and was even able to get into a 6-year bumper-to-bumper warranty so I now have a worry-free vehicle for six year! I'm very happy, to say the least.
Korey was quick to respond to my phone calls, texts, and emails. Because of this, I feel that ALL my questions were answered satisfactorily and I am 100% confident in my purchase because of that.
And my new Ford Edge? I love it to death. I finally have everything I want out of a vehicle, thanks to Korey & Benna. I'll be heading back here to try out the service department, too!
