Completely unsatisfied. I was told a hot sub would take 10 minutes...it took 25. When I told the Italian owner-looking guy of this, he began to disagree with me and tell me that 10 minutes had only passed. The bread was almost burnt and the amount of eggplant was scant at best. The bread to eggplant ratio was way off...it was basically like eating a loaf of burnt Italian bread with an occasional taste of eggplant. Finally when the sub was given to me, the girl kind of tossed it on the counter at me and walked away. There was no apology for the time it took at all. The brownie was also stale and at least a few days old. Don't go. I have no affiliation with Rubino's, but will say that their subs and food is far better than this sorry excuse for an Italian Deli. Everything is fresh and all the women making subs are simply friendly. If you want a little more filling on your sub, just ask...they usually don't even charge you. I'm referring to the one on Ridge Rd. Any other location has no affiliation with the others...just the same name.
