I have been a member at Punch as I have at many other gyms around the Tampa Bay area and all of the gym contracts are exactly the same. They are the same because they are all mandated by the state. The state approves the contracts that are used. If you sign a contract for a period of time then your have to pay for your time. They all have month to month if you don't want to sign a contract and they all have a clause where you have to give anywhere from 30-60 days notice to cancel. it's not hidden, it's very clear. Sounds like this girl just did not want to follow the rules her self. It's really sad that people that do not want to live up their end of the bargin go on line and bash business's like this because of their own ignorance! You should be ashamed. For those of you who want a great workout and enjoy a nice atmosphere then you should join. Ask questions about the contract, there is nothing hidden like I said. That girl is pitiful!!!
