Worst Service Ever and the prices are outrageous! I was charged $1753 for 5 hours when any other co would have charged $800-$900. \r
If The plumber had checked to see if the city pipes were frozen when he came out he wouldn't have needed to thaw our pipes at all at that time and w e would have been charged for an hour instead after the city thawed theirs. Stupid action plumbing, and they wouldn't even work with us on the bill for being so negligent.
