I am HORRIFIED by the service I received. I really could have spent $2,600 on a company that doesn't have an insane office manager, like Charlie at SAS. Spoke with owner regarding the fact that he called me, swore at me, insulted me and when I asked to speak to someone else... responded ""who the H---- do you think you're talking to?! I'm the OFFICE MANAGER"". While Steve was very polite and helpful when he came out to my house, I found the service after the sale very disappointing and was surprised to hear him excuse his office manager's behavior on the ""stress"" everyone at their company was feeling.
