This is my first vehicle to buy from your dealership. Everyone was very friendly. I was at Joe usry and found out they had sold to a firm from Texas and I left there and came to your dealership wanting to shop locally.I could buy a new Jeep cheaper than I could by a used one you had, but the used one was in the color I wanted. I told Tony I wanted it and he told me it would be ready the next day after a 50 point safety check and oil change. I picked the vehicle up and my wife left in it to take kids to soccer game and practice. She had to stop and get gas since very little in tank. The door lock on drivers door and drivers side mirror did not work. I had to carry it back toget looked at and repaired. I spent 2hr there waiting for the courtesy van to take me to my house. The vehicle stayed at the shop that day and I called at 5:40 to see if it was ready. It took a while and was told it was and was I going to get it by 6. I said no it would be tomorrow. I went by to get it the next day and Tony meet me and could not figure out why no one had called me. He said it was ready after lunch that day. Tony even offered me his truck to leave in while i was waiting for the courtesy van.My first impression is you have a great sales force who are customer friendly and try to make a bad situtaion better. I do not believe my vehicle got the saftey inspection or I would not have had to carry it back. It took 3 days to get done what should have been done when I picked it up.\r
I am still happy with my purchase but I do think you need to motivate your service dept to do the job they say when they say they will and follow up with the customer.
