This place is terrible. They raise the rent as they see fit and will raise it a min of 10% every time you renew your lease. The staff is rude and incompetent. I received a $10 fine my 1st month there because of a muddy pair of sneakers on my deck. The sneakers were the only thing on the deck and I wanted to dry the mud first. When I confronted them about it they said its in the lease rules. When I looked it said nothing about muddy shoes. They told me they have the right to deem "untidy" what ever they want. Thought we lived in America? The leasing office can not do simple math. I wanted a 6 months lease and they wrote it for 7 months. The paperwork said 6 month lease and they put dates spanning 7 months. I argued this so that I could move out because they raised the rent $100. They told me that Utah law protects them and they can do what they want. Don't be fooled by the "Cottonwood Heights" and "Prestigious" words they use. This place is none of those and not even close.
