What a nightmare dealing with this place!! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! To start, Lance in the sales dept was condescending and made snide comments bc we were shopping on a budget. When we found the RV we wanted we asked to go through someone else, and got Joe P. He was actually quite pleasant and professional, however he misinformed us on how long it would take for the repairs done. We were told no longer then a week, then found out 2 weeks later it would be another 5-6 weeks. Then it took a week longer than we were told to get our deposit back. The whole thing has delayed us leaving over a month! Talk about getting the run around! We are first time RV shoppers and this whole thing almost discouraged us from pursuing our dream to see the country. Luckily we found much better service at some of the hole in the wall places on 125 in Kingston and Rochester. It seems as if most of those places don't do commission-based sales...which means no pressure and significantly better
