This was the first call we had made for service as we moved into our residence 05 Nov 12 from Iowa. Also, your staff kept me informed of delays to my original time block of 1000 - 1400 because of the mass service calls. Was around 2000 when Dustin arrived and after 2200 when he left. He was very thorough obtaining information for his trouble shooting of the inside and outside units. He reached his conclusion, applied the repairs and retested to ensure compliance. Sure felt good to sleep in a nice cool house after spending a few warm days without the AC running properly. ;0)
