I felt like the serviceman was very knowledgable and gave me "an education" on garage door openers. He answered all my questions and gave me enough information to help me make a good decision on replacement. He also suggested that I replace the rollers on the door, which he did and I'm happy with. Unfortunately, I had to go with a more economical choice for the opener replacement itself.....strickly a decision based on budgetary restrictions.
