Detlef certainly surprised with knowledge beyond his years. He was courteous and professional. He made sure his work area was protected and cleaned up when he was done. We appreciated Detlef's superior service and now have drains that freely flow. He definitely provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make us happy.
