Their Iron Chef makes one of the best bolognese sauces I've ever tasted, and I've tried them everywhere from Il Sole and Madeo in Los Angeles, to local spots in San Gimignano, Italy. Gregarious owner Charlie Papakonstantinou would be Wellesley's mayor if it had one - he knows everyone and greets them with a smile. Enjoy this gem before the lines become too long.
