Just moved in a month ago and my bedroom ceiling fan light went out, whatever it happens- so I put a work order in and came home the next day to find THEY PUT IN BRAND NEW FAN!! So much better than I expected! LOVE THIS PLACE ALREADY!!Thank Sombra Del Oso, off to a great start!!
