I needed a place to put my stuff while I was looking for an apartment in the area, and Mandarin was a good find. Not only have I been here a number of months, I got a larger unit and now run my business from there as well. The staff is great and the location is perfect for me. Never had any issues with long term leases and the pricing is comparable to everything I have looked at.
