I LOVE my doctor. Phlebotomy is always friendly. I do not like that the nurses appear to rotate. No one follows my case, so I do not feel like the nurses care or that they read my chart before they answer my questions - just give me standard answers, nothing personalized. Nor do I feel like anyone is in charge of a certain station, so they lack expertise. Mostly, I wish there was someone who handled my case, beyond my doctor who does not have the kind of time I would like to spend discussing my questions.
