I had a service agreement with this company so when I lost power to my a/c unit I called them out to find and fix the problem. I was charged approximately 50 dollars for the service call, the rip off was the 40 something dollars I was charged for a 15 amp automobile fuse that I could have bought at any auto parts store for 50 cents!!! When I called and asked to speak with the owner I was told that he was not available and that he would get back to me . Two months later I am still waiting his return call. Now I have sold my home and tried to return some extra filters that I had purchased. I was rudely informed that filters are non returnable.
