I have been going to Douglas Vw for over 10 years now....Rick Scuzs is my service advisor and man is he great!!!!He always gets me a loaner car when I need 1 and Is so kind and pleasent.....He recently introduced me to his colleague Bobby McCall that works in sales....I needed a cheep but realiable car for my daughter who turns 17 next week....Bobby was great he showed me many cars on his lot and together we found a beautiful 2010 Jetta and my daughter couldn't be happier! The entire staff was great from start to Finish...This is the tpye of service I have become accustomed to at Douglas and the reason I will continue to do my business there.
