David who was my contact person at Hurst Hardwood followed- up with my order and it was delivered on time as promised. The only problem was that one of the boxes had some of the flooring pieces damaged (approx. 8 to 10 pieces). Didn't realize that until my installer actually opened the box. Instlaller did not want to use that box so that I could get a new box or a credit for it. David of Hurst hardwood said that would be difficult to do; had to take pictures and if there was only a small amount manufacture would not honor a credit or replacement. I was very disappointed about this. Otherwise, everything else worked out fine.
