I would not call them again. I called for the $200 toilet and install. Final Bill was $349.00. It was a total bait and switch. There explanation was because they needed to install a flange, and the flange cost $150 bucks! A similar flange at home depot is $8-22 bucks. I should not have paid the full amount. But after arguing with the technician about the price, I thought well I'll just pay it and call their office and speak to a manager. Well I spoke with Ashley and she honestly said that the flange really does cost that much based on the national price list. That's BS! You know to try and be nice I was the one that un-installed the old toilet. She conceded a little and said she could refund $50 bucks. I felt like they totally took advantage of me. Why couldn't the service guy tell me up front that the Flange was going to cost that much. If I would have known that I would have stopped the installation. \r
On a good note the technician was dressed nice.\r
