BEWARE: 310 E 6th St has a terrible Bedbug problem. I have been having constant issues and numerous ""fumigations"" since just 2 WEEKS after I moved in. The issue has still not been solved and I will be moving out halfway through my lease due to this distressful issue. I was also accused by management of ""bringing the Bedbugs into the apartment"" when I have never ever had a problem in any of my six former NYC rentals with Bedbugs. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK.
