My gas tank strap broke so I set up an appointment to get it fixed. He told me to drive as little as possible so it doesn't drop. The next morning the owner wanted me to change the appointment to a week later. Because I had a ton of errands to do, he decided to "squeeze" me in at my appointed time. It took approximately 25 min. to fix, but I got charged for the whole hour anyway. I asked him about it and he said that is where he starts his quotes and goes up from there.
