These guys are awesome! They moved my studio from Manhattan to the Bronx in May. First of all, they arrived half an hour early (gasp). They were careful with items, pleasant, and 100% professional. They used their own blankets and tape to wrap (and sometimes re-wrap to better secure) any loose or fragile items I had. They dissembled and re-assembled my mammoth captain's bed, uncomplainingly. I literally did not have to lift a finger. Also, I really appreciated their flat rate as I did not have to worry about time; in retrospect, their price was lower than the final cost I would have paid with a timed move.
