RUDE RUDE RUDE. I wrote a negative review about my customer experience a year ago (as did four other people) mysteriously and magically all our negative reviews were erased. Did Eyes and Optics pay for a service to erase our honest critiques? Ray was very rude. He treated me as a second class citizen because I was not wearing a channel suit; I just came from the gym and I guess he felt I would not have enough money to afford glasses. False. Secondly, he made a rude comment about my child. Even another customer over-heard him and complained aloud about his poor customer service. Just awful. I walked right out. I and my money were better served elsewhere--Optical Shop of Aspen.
