Ordered and billed for a 15amp controller. Received a 5amp controller. It has been over 3 weeks and I still do not have the correct product. Worst costumer service I have encountered with a web order. Although the product is very good, I will be cancelling my order and will not do any additional business with this company based on the very poor costumer service / return policy.
