I would highly recommend Box Home Loans to anyone considering a new loan or refinance. My experience with them was fantastic. Each step of the way they communicated what was needed and were very quick to respond to questions. Our loan from start to close took about 4 weeks and accomplished everything we wanted. The fees were much lower than tradtional mortgage brokers or banks and the service was better. If you have any concerns about an online process they are unwarranted. The system Box uses is fast, effecient and consumer friendly. Please give them a chance. You will save money and not be disapointed.
