My carpets were cleaned beyond expectations! Excellent! However, the carpets were so wet that after they were cleaned on Friday, it took till the following Wednesday before they were dry. Fortunately the weather was nice so I could open doors to speed along the drying process. The gentleman that cleaned the carpets was professional and courteous. He said the carpets would be dry by the following evening. Not so! This aspect of the whole process disappointed me.
