WHEN I ORIGINALLY MET WITH THE REP, THERE WAS ONE SPOT NOTED THAT I WAS ADVISED WOULD NOT COME CLEAN. AFTER THE CLEANING, THERE WERE TWO LARGE SPOTS. I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE FROM COIT AND THEY SENT THE SAME TECH BACK THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THESE SPOTS. THE TECH ADVISED THAT WE NEEDED TO LET THE CARPET DRY GOOD BEFORE EXAMINING. I WAITED A WEEK AND THE SPOTS LOOK AS BAD AS BEFORE. THIS TECH FELT HE HAD GOTTEN THE PAD OVERLY WET AND BROUGHT THE DIRT TO THE SURFACE. I HAVE NOT CALLED COIT BACK BECAUSE I AM ANGRY AND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO DO. THIS IS MY ELDERLY MOM'S HOME THAT WE ARE TRYING TO SELL AND SO I NEED TO DO SOMETHING BUT FELT CALLING COIT BACK WAS NOT THE ANSWER!!!!!
