Dispute regarding orginal cost estimate for cleaning. Runner and both 3 by 5 throw rugs were full of sand and dust when put on the hard wood floor. Appears they were not cleaned. After about 3 weeks, I threw them out due to the sand. The 2 larger area carpets look is if they were not cleaned, Same stains on them as before the service.
