Our technician, Sani, did a great job. He was prompt, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked very hard for nearly 8 solid hours to clean our convoluted duct work, and was very resourceful when he encountered something unusual. We're very pleased, and today the air in our house feels much better!
