The Boulder BBB has NO integrity. I reported a very popular Boulder jewelry business for theft of $205 over a month ago. Tonight when I went online to check on any progress with my complaint, I found that the BBB showed NO complaints had been filed against this business. Nice to know that the dog who is supposed to be guarding the chickens is actually a fox. SHAME ON THE BOULDER BBB!!!! Expect NOTHING from this dishonest bunch!!!
