Tyler at TJB Services is very customer service oriented and he has a great eye for detail. He was cleaning my rug and he saw a pink spot in there I hadn't even noticed. I had told him to forget about it but he had a solution for it and insisted on staying until it was cleaned out. He did my carpets and a few area rugs and did a real nice job.
