Before going to Caponio Chiropractic, I thought I had a serious back problem and my colleagues were telling me that I would need to have surgery. He iced my back, adjusted it, and told me why my nerves were being pinched--it was something in my spine. It took two adjustments, I was sore for about a day afterwards, and I didn't need to have surgery! I'm not in much pain any longer and I am very happy.
