The village on 6th is an okay place to live. That was the impression I developed right after moving in. The furniture is somewhat nice, and it does have a washer and dryer and a couch. There are many cons as well, for a few examples: peoples cars get broken into all the time, the apartment complex is not under surveillance, the maintenance crew can come in when ever they like, and the management is constantly looking for ways to fine people. They are very expensive!!!!! It is a lot simpler to just rent an apartment with a friend and split rent and utilities! You would come out a lot cheaper! All the people in the office SEEM nice, but do not let them fool you! It is their job to try and get your money and that is all they are worried about. They will allow you car to be towed without properly notifying residents! The people over the village are lazy and not very informational when you sign a lease. All in all the whole staff is not very helpful, though they appear to be!
