My only complaint is that the technician arrived with instructions that our main sewer line was blocked. We had a blockage of the kitchen line only. Also, the technician had no knowledge that we had purchased a discount coupon that was for a blockage removal and a camera inspection of the line.
This was really not a problem because he very quickly and efficiently cleared the kitchen line, which was what we really wanted and needed.
The technician was "very" good ... the communication from Frymire to the technician was "not so good".
Overall, I am not disappointed ... we got what we wanted in a timely fashion.
