About a month ago your service man came and completed the annual maintenance of my 3 A/C. He did a good job. However I told him that one A/C was not cooling the area. He identified that the evaporator had a leak and required replacement. I agreed and he said he would order a replacement. I have checked regularly to see when the replacement would be installed. The answer always is it is on order. Now a month of hot weather has gone by and no replacement. This A/C cools the bedrooms and when it doesn't work, it is difficult to sleep. Additionally we have two house guests coming in one week.
The unit must be repaired now. We have run out of time.
The A/C is a Trane and I want a replacement from Trane.
I would appreciate your help in this matter.

We are very sorry for the delay. We ordered the replacement evaporator coil the same day, but unfortunately it has been on back order. Trane advises us that the new coil will be shipping today.
