I had the Frymire plumber come out to replace my washing machine input hoses and valves. The service man did a great job on that aspect. However, he did not check and ensure that the disconnected drainage hose from the washing machine was securely affixed and tightened down to not leak. The first load of laundry that I washed flooded my pantry, kitchen and laundry room with 1 inch of water. How simple it would have been for the plumber to QA his work and do a test that nothing was leaking. Very disappointed. Usually, I have 5 star service from Frymire, but plumbing dept. needs help on QA for their work.
