This store is the worst I have ever dealt with. The manager is awful and the sales representative, Josh I worked with lied to me about discounts and then wouldn't uphold what he said. He opened the box to the connect service and then when I returned it told me I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee... I didn't even open the box the entire time I had it, would not have even had their service at all if I had not been lied to in the first place and the manager refused to do anything about the deceptive practices. I have reported it to the BBB. Will update my review when I get issue resolved. If you don't have SPRINT SERVICE YET... DON'T SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE.... THEY ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!!!!!
