Today Phil D. came for our annual tune-up for our AC. Ironically just two days ago we noticed that the unit was not cooling. Phil found the problem right away and in just a few minutes we had cooling! He proceeded to service our unit in his typical knowledgeable and courteous fashion. We have been requesting Phil for years when we schedule our yearly tune-up. He is always very prompt and professional. We know our unit is in excellent hands with Phil!
