We moved to Sevier County less than two years ago from Charlotte, NC and have been taking our Rav4 to Knoxville Toyota for service. Then, a colleague at work suggested I try RICK's---that's where she and her husband have their Toyotas serviced. I did. I was impressed from the telephone customer service to the bill paying---which did not exceed the estimate. We'll be back!
