I had recently perchased a 2013 Lexus ES, a few weeks later I was involved in an accident. I called Lexus first but they told me it would take at least three weeks to fix due to my car being so new. My son took my car to Exro Auto Collision Center and they fixed my car in five days with original Lexus parts, which Lexustold me they ""couldn't get for another two weeks"" and they dilivered my car to my office when it was finished. They also upgraded me on my rental, I have never in my life had better customer service at a car repair shop.
