I have been on at diet for the last 5 months, to date i have a lost a total of 63 pounds. if it wasn't for the Diet weight loss i would not be able to do it. The staff are great and the coaching would not be able to lose this weight the feeling is the best in years. Lost 6 inches and love i have 40 lbs to go and do see myself doing it.. thanks
