The repair person was there less than 5 minutes and did nothing. They lied to the warranty company about the services provided. The invoice we signed was nearly blank, was altered to reflect service provided and a fee. What the hell!!?? The reason we were given was because the warranty company refused to pay their invoice (because it was bogus) and they had to charge us at minimum the service fee for the work provided. \r
