Called them, Jonathan customer service rep was very polite. Set appointment, they arrived when they said and even a little earlier which was great! Gene the service technician I was told by my husband who is not easily impressed, raved about Gene's professionalism,politeness and overall knowledge of his work. Gave my husband some very good info. Will certainly use them again if the time comes and we are in need of garage door help! P.S. called to give feedback to the company and the person that answered, sorry I didn't get her name was so very polite also. Maybe the company's motto is "we only hire nice people." How refreshing! :)
