Trojan Carpet Care performed an on-site service for us on a very expensive Persian rug. The rug was cleaned with an Eco Friendly treatment, so there was no foul or weird smell floating around during or after the cleaning was done. The technicians Richard & Yohance were professional, courteous, timely, and most of all informative. Instead of causing damage to the rug, Richard educated me by letting me know that cleaning the rug should be done evry year because of the foot traffic. (It had been a long time since the rug had been professionally cleaned) By doing this the integrity of the Persian rug remain intact. We were so completely happy that we will be utilizing their services again.
