I had two cats who were patients of Dr. Cotton for over a year now. After having had a bad experience with another vet just before, a friend finally recommended Brookwood. Dr. Cotton and his staff absolutely exceeded my expectations. He is warm, friendly, and cares a great deal about his clients, and even though one of my cats (who's very sensitive and had to have a lot of exams done at once) freaked out during his first visit, Dr. Cotton and his staff were very patient and kind with him while they calmed him down afterward. He now has no problems going to Brookwood.\r

Unfortunately, my other cat (14 years old) suddenly and recently got very sick, and although it was one of the most agonizing decisions my wife and I ever had to make, Dr. Cotton was kind, informative, sympathetic, and helped us through the process of putting her peacefully to sleep. I feel like his staff mourned right along with me, and I was told by all of them to take as much time as needed afterward. I am especially glad that I switched to Brookwood, given this situation. They made the experience much easier, and I will never go to another vet.\r

These people genuinely care. They always smile, they love animals, and they love what they do.
