Landings Animal Hospital is an adequate facility providing satisfactory care to all of its' patients. Dr. Taylor is a nice guy who appears genuinely concerned about the well being of his four legged patients. However, it appears he has a hands off attitude on the day to day running of his office. He and his staff don't seem to appreciate the loyalty of long time clients or the relationship the human beings have developed with the people who care for their pets. Dr.Taylor spends alot of time talking about his own experiences with caring for his own animals or giving examples of advice he has given to other clients. He needs to remember it is not about him. There should be an exchange of information so the client can make the best possible decision regarding the care of his or her pet. It should be a collaboration. No assumptions or presumptions just facts and information. Clients who are educated and included-not lectured to-would certainly make his job easier.
