I was recently at Main Center Family Medicine. They should be embarassed of their reception. As I checked out and tried to schedule an appointment she spoke down to me. She made an insulting comment, and acted like scheduling an appointment was the biggest problem in the world. She explained to me it would take me extra long to make an appointment because it takes 5 minutes to change days and check avaliability. The last thing I need when I am sick is to be insulted and have to deal with a nasty attitude from a receptionist. I will not be returning to Main Center Family Medicine. HORRIBLE!!! \r
FYI receptionist you have no right to insult anyone. You are nothing special just a secretary growing into your scrubs.
